Frequently Asked Questions

Besides Singapore and Malaysia, do you deliver to addresses in other countries?

We accept and ship orders only within Singapore and Malaysia.

Do your book prices include GST?

Prices quoted exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax). Please note that GST of 7% will apply to orders delivered within Singapore.

What are your delivery timelines?

For delivery of printed books, please allow 7 business days for Singapore, 7~14 business days for West Malaysia, 14~21 business days for East Malaysia, and 15~30 business days for pre-ordered items. Access codes for e-books will generally be emailed to purchasers within 3~7 business days. Kindly note that some deliveries could take longer than the stated timelines due to the Covid-19 situation resulting in worldwide shipment delays.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer FREE Shipping for orders within Singapore and West Malaysia (no minimum order required). Shipping charge will apply to orders within East Malaysia (shipping cost will be shown on our Checkout page after you have entered your full shipping address). There is no shipping charge for the purchase of e-books as the access codes will be emailed directly to purchasers.

What are your available payment modes?

Purchasers can make payment easily and securely via HitPay, which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay). HitPay does not store any card details and all sensitive card information are securely encrypted and processed by Stripe.

Why is payment declined on my Malaysian-issued debit card?

Malaysian-issued debit cards are not automatically activated for online payments. If a Malaysian debit card is used to make a payment online but you have not set it up to allow online online payments, the bank will decline the charge. Usually the error code associated with this decline is transaction_not_allowed.

We recommend that you reach out to your bank to activate your debit card for online purchases if you have not already done so.

What is your returns/refund policy?

All textbook sales are final, and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
