Dermot Crowley is the founder and Director of Adapt Productivity, a leading productivity training and coaching business based in Sydney. He is also the best-selling author of Smart Work (17,000 sold) and Smart Teams (4200 sold), also published by Wiley. Since 2002 Dermot has been working with corporate clients around Australia and New Zealand, with occasional engagements in the UK, US and Asia. Before starting his own business, Dermot had six years experience working in the time management training industry. He is the creator of the Smart Work productivity program, which is the productivity program of choice for many of Australias top banks, law firms and consulting firms.
