Scott and Mina ONeill are professional property investors and the founders and directors of Rethink Investing. Rethink Investing is a BRW Fast 100 company (2017 s number one buyers agency for commercial property investors, helping about 1800 clients purchase over $1 billion in Australian real estate by the end of 2020. At 32 years old, Scott has a personal portfolio of about $20 million at 51 per cent debt and won Your Investment Propertys 2019 Strategic Investor of the Year award. He completed a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management at the University of Sydney and attended AGSM to complete his MBA on a distinction average. Mina is the Operations Manager at Rethink Investing. She manages all office operations including human resources, payroll, CRM systems, policies calendar management, advertising and marketing and reporting, as well as supporting Rethinks team.
