Reframing organizations – artistry, choice, and leadership, sixth edition Ebook
Bolman and Deal’s four-frame model was originally developed in the mid-1970s, and has been evolving since. It is rooted in many decades of social science research across multiple disciplines, including management, organizational theory, organizational behavior, public administration, educational administration, psychology, sociology, anthropology, and political science. It has found a broad, receptive audience because it provides an accessible, compact, and powerful set of ideas for negotiating complexity and turbulence — exactly the conditions that leaders face in contemporary organizations
