Dr. Tomabo holds a doctorate in Business Psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is a multi-sector entrepreneur, educator, and mentor. As a director and shareholder of companies across construction, retail, and F&B industries, he has successfully led ventures that reflect both strategic acumen and hands-on resilience.
Having achieved financial success early, Dr. Tomabo shifted his life’s focus toward a deeper purpose-education. Moved by a childhood marked by hardship, displacement, and silence, he committed himself to building a world where no child is left unseen.
He has founded multiple schools, platforms, and educational ventures across Southeast Asia, establishing student-first ecosystems and mentoring hundreds of university students to rise beyond their circumstances. His contributions have earned him the Singapore Youth Entrepreneur Award and multiple national-level honors for leadership and social impact.
