Tang Seok Hian is the founder of IKIGAI Consultancy Services Pte Ltd, which specialises in organisation development, leadership training, and coaching. She is also the co-developer of the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE) profiling tool (for individuals and
teams), teaching and certifying practitioners to use the NLE tool and working with teams using the NLE Team profile.
With more than 25 years of HR and leadership experience and 17 years of practising Enneagram, Seok Hian now mostly applies Enneagram in leadership coaching, co-founders’ relationship coaching, and team coaching. She also facilitates team workshops using the
Enneagram and unlocks the team’s ability to have deep conversations, alignment, and trust, thus helping teams optimise their team dynamics and drive performance
