Making Team Dynamics Visible: A Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram Approach To Unlocking Team Performance

“You cannot change what you cannot see or describe.”

Team dynamics is that invisible yet powerful force that affects team trust, team cohesion, team culture, and team performance. Imagine you can now point your finger at it and know exactly where and what to improve it. Wouldn’t that be useful?

A book written for practitioners by a practitioner, Making Team Dynamics Visible will provide the background to team dynamics and the Enneagram model before sharing with you how to derive insights and predict the team dynamics given the aggregated

Enneagram profiles of the team members. It will also highlight the nuances between teams and leaders.

Packed with real case studies on how the Enneagram can be applied in corporate team settings, this book describes how to optimise group dynamics to make the best out of each team to unlock team effectiveness in their Enneagram tendencies and the four common team touchpoints: Dealing with Challenges, Making Decisions, Interacting and Communicating, and Driving for Results.
