Béatrice Collin is Professor of Strategy and International Management at ESCP Europe Business School and has taught at the University of Paris, Cornell University, and City University London. She is an expert on organizational culture, particularly in the context of digital innovation and transformation. Due to the success of her two previous books, and her numerous interviews on LOréal, Collin is recognized as the leading global expert on LOréal. Her in-depth knowledge of LOréal rests on over twenty-five years studying the company and her close links with senior management. Marie Taillard is Professor of Marketing at ESCP Europe Business School. As a French-American senior marketing scholar and business leader, with more than thirty years of experience supporting small and large companies worldwide, she teaches across continents on graduate programs and leads learning and development programs for executives. Her research centers on digital transformation and customer centricity. She is also an executive coach specializing in supporting leaders through digital transformation.
