About the Author:-
LIM SOO PING is a former Auditor-General of Singapore. He served 37 years in the Singapore Public Service, including 13 years in the Government Administrative Service. Upon his retirement in 2013, he was appointed Professor of Accounting (Practice)
by the Singapore Management University. He had served on the boards of several companies, including Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Nanyang Polytechnic and The Esplanade Company. He served 10 years on the Board of Governors of SJI International. He is recognised by the Institute for Adult Learning as a Specialist in Adult Education. Currently, he is teaching an undergraduate course in auditing and a public course on writing for management executives at SMU. He is also a speaker on the topics of leadership, corporate governance, conflict resolution and ethical decision-making. He is the author of Courage and Conviction: Ethical Dilemma, Decision-making, Resolution.
