Foo Siew Ting is a marketing leader with 25 years of experience in multinational corporations, including Unilever, Mars, Diageo, Fonterra and HP. She has held roles, such as Global Chief Brand and Insights Officer, and multiple Asia-Pacific CMOs.

Siew Ting has redefined marketing paradigms by infusing human-centric growth strategies into global brand narratives while maintaining local relevance. Her foresight in digital and ecommerce innovation, coupled with a deep commitment to data-driven insights,

has led to ground-breaking initiatives that have set industry benchmarks. A champion of inclusive leadership, she has also cultivated diverse, high-performing teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Siew Ting has been recognised multiple times as one of Asia’s Top 50 Most Influential & Purposeful CMOs.
