David Lim: alpinist, author, corporate coach, and leader of the 1st Singapore Mt Everest Expedition in 1998. Combining the best leadership lessons from three decades in the corporate world and high altitude mountaineering, David’s work included being an adjunct lecturer at INSEAD business school, and frequent contributor to the media in areas of leadership and mountaineering.
Since 1999, David and his associates have helped over 250 organisations, including many Fortune 500 companies, in 34 countries and 81 cities work better as teams. His clients include Linkedin, Sony Pictures, Google, Novartis, Pfizer, Accenture, McKinsey, Lego, Walmart and many more. David delivers memorable keynotes and programmes for events and his clients’ leadership journeys. He lives on the west coast of Singapore with his wife Maureen and their dogs and cats.
